About the Program
A nationally adaptable environmental program designed for upper-elementary students in summer camps and after school programs.
Chloe Gross’ Girl Scout Gold Award Project started as Deerfield, NH’s Parks and Recreation Summer Camp Environmental Program, and is now an adaptable curriculum for summer camps and after school programs around the country.
Purpose
To foster a connection between kids and the outdoors to create stewards for the future.
Why?
Connection to nature is critical for child development and sustainable choices in the next generation.
